It is not unusual for us to receive 2-3 requests per day from folks requesting information about all kinds of lamps and clocks, including their value, manufacturer, and history. Because of the great amount of time involved in researching and responding to all of these requests, there is a $45.00 charge for correspondences regarding this information.

A written appraisal, on company letterhead stationary, will then be provided which includes any available information and value estimates. This can be used for insurance purposes, estate settlements, or for your own personal knowledge.

If, however, the insurance value of the item is deemed less than $100.00 or if we are unable to provide you with sufficient information, your payment will be returned. So you have nothing to lose!
