John, Sue, Paige and Snuggler

 

John the Lampman answers all the technical questions. Sue handles the orders and answers emails. Paige helps out wherever she can. Her cheeriness will really brighten your day, but she'll probably pass the big questions on to John or Sue. And Snuggler - he'll give you a really big welcome when you come to the shop, but he's not very good with questions.
