Delays occur when items are custom-made or back-ordered from any one of over a dozen of our suppliers and manufacturers.

Turnaround times can range approximately 2-6 weeks, depending on the UPS shipping zone.

RETURNS
and REFUNDS-
We work hard to insure that you'll be happy with your order. But, if for any reason you are not, please be aware of the following:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of original shipment.

There is a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

There are positively NO RETURNS on items shipped outside of the US and Canada.

Any such orders will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
