are committed to providing you with quality products and service in all
aspects of vintage lighting.
All of the vintage lamps and clocks shown in our on-line catalog are genuine
antiques.
Unless
indicated otherwise, all lampshades and parts in our on-line catalog are new reproductions.
Please
be aware that in most cases, reproductions will NOT
match your existing old shade(s) and part(s).

SECURITY
We will not release
any of your information to 3rd parties for any reason.
We will not sell or spam
your e-mail address.
PayPal is a completely secured and safe server
which is used on all shopping cart orders.
--We do not have access to your
on-line financial
information, as all transactions are handled by PayPal.

work hard to keep our prices low!
Although rare, all prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Antique Lamp Co. ships only to the US and
Canada.
We ship
insured Parcel Post
via the United States Post Service (USPS).
Items
shipped only after receipt and verification of full payment.
All items are insured and securely wrapped for
shipping, often double-boxed.
The Antique Lamp Co. reserves the right to charge actual
shipping on large orders.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Please be assured
that all orders are shipped ASAP from The Antique Lamp Co. in one
to ten days, depending on availability in our own current stock and that
of our suppliers.
Due
to time constraints, we do not provide tracking information unless requested by email.
Delays occur when items are custom-made or
back-ordered from any one of over a dozen of our suppliers and
manufacturers.

RETURNS
and REFUNDS on STORE PURCHASES
10 day return
policy
You
may return merchandise with your receipt for a full refund within 10 days of
purchase.
--Item(s) must be in
complete, good, and original condition, and without odors as in the case of
fabric shades.

RETURNS
and REFUNDS on SHIPPED ORDERS
30 day return
policy
You
may return merchandise for any reason within 30 days from the date of original shipping. Item(s) must be:
--Complete, good, and
original condition, and without odors as in the case of fabric shades.
--Properly packed, with
the original inner packing materials.
--Returned by
INSURED Parcel Post.
All returns are subject to a
20% restocking fee.
Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
If
the item(s) are being returned due because of an error we made, we will issue a full refund
or replacement including return
shipping charges and taxes.
If
the the item(s) arrive damaged, contact us within 5 days of the original
shipment.
--Please understand that your order
left us in perfect condition and securely wrapped before shipment.
--DO NOT return or refuse damaged merchandise. Doing so forfeits
all refunds.
--Save all packing materials and broken parts.
--We will give
you instructions for filing a claim and obtaining a replacement.
We
will not re-send or be responsible for packages returned to us due to
undeliverable or incorrect addresses provided, order refusals, or returned
orders.
