QUALITY ASSURANCES

  • All items in our on-line catalog, unless otherwise indicated,  are current reproductions or likenesses of those found on lamps from before 1940.

  • Please assume that all items in our catalog are new reproductions unless marked  otherwise and will NOT match your existing old shade(s) and part(s).

  • Many of the shades in our catalog are hand-made, hand-blown, and/or hand-painted.

  • There are great differentials in color, luster, and thickness from shade to shade.

  • If desiring a matched set of any item, please indicate so on the order form so that we may obtain the closest match possible.

PRICING

  • Although rare, all prices are subject to change without notice.

  • The Antique Lamp Co. reserves the right to cancel orders where price increases are beyond our control. 

    • Affected customers will be notified in this case.

  • Wholesale pricing is not available.

  • Shopping cart orders: 

    • All transactions are processed through PayPal.

  •   Telephone orders:

    • Visa, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted Tuesday-Saturday, 11-4 EST at 716-871-0508.

  •   Non-catalog items, appraisals, and restorations:

    • Payment by arrangement with customer.

SHIPPING

  • The Antique Lamp Co. ships only to the US and Canada.

  • All packages are shipped and insured with the UPS.

    • Addresses with PO Boxes will be shipped through the USPS.

  • Visa, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted Tuesday-Saturday, 11-4 EST at 716-871-0508.

  • Items shipped only after receipt and verification of full payment.

  • All items are securely wrapped for shipping, often double-boxed.

  • The Antique Lamp Co. reserves the right to charge actual shipping on large orders.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

  • Please be assured that all orders are shipped out from The Antique Lamp Co. as soon as possible. 

  • Delays occur when items are custom-made or back-ordered from any one of over a dozen of our suppliers and manufacturers.

  • Turnaround  times can range approximately 2-6 weeks, depending on the UPS shipping zone.

SALES TAX

  • NYS residents, 8.75% sales tax will be added to your order.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

  • We work hard to insure that you'll be happy with your order. But, if for any reason you are not, please be aware of the following:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of original shipment.

      • There is a 20% restocking fee.

      • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • There are positively NO RETURNS on items shipped outside of the US and Canada.

      • Any such orders will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

  • Should your item(s) arrived damaged:

    • Please understand that your item(s) were inspected to be in perfect condition and securely wrapped before shipment, but we have no control over its handling by the USPS.

    • None-the-less, we are sorry when disappointments occur!

    • Contact us immediately and we will send you a claim form with instructions.

    • Save the item(s) and all of its packaging.

SECURITY

  • We will not sell or spam your e-mail address.

  • We will not release your information to 3rd parties for any reason.

  • PayPal is  a completely secured and safe server.

    • We do not have access to your financial information, as all transactions are handled by PayPal.

  • Please do not e-mail your credit card information to us directly, as that is not a secured line.
