Sue & John, Everything's here and we are thrilled. Of course, the
shades arrived in advance and we were a little nervous about the sconces
showing up. But they did today and we just got them up. They are just
gorgeous. We love them. And what a lovely atmosphere they create--just
in time for Valentines Day. Thanks guys. I only had next week to spare
and that will be hectic enough with detail. It has been a challenge to
find that which is unique and nostalgic--certainly is for me. Again,

I just wanted you to know I received the 2 Victorian green shades
yesterday and I really love them. I also bought a small shade from you
the month before. I am familiar with these shades because I already have
several and have owned them for at least five years and they still look
great. I love these shades because they are affordable and even though
they are beautiful they are still understated. I really appreciated that
I could purchase them from you even though you are on the other side of
the country. Thanks for your nice service and your thoughtful packaging.

you for a great site. I learned more from your site in one hour
than I have in the last few years of ordering lamp parts. I never
was sure which parts went to what style fan and, if an old service man
was not around to help me, I was lost. Your diagrams were a big
help. No parts catalogues I order from have this kind of
information. I tried all your What is the Difference...?
sections and was amazed at how much I did know, but just did not
feel confident in my knowledge. My company does very little lamp
repair, mostly sockets and new cords, but I would like to increase this
end of the business as long as I know what I am doing. Once again,

thanks goes to you! As a gift from my siblings, I received an Emeralite
#8754 bankers lamp for my birthday. This is the same lamp I salvaged
from my grandmother's home in Indiana in the early seventies. After
thirty years, it has finally followed me out to my Wyoming home - a
place that is in constant renovation, but a place where this 1916 lamp
fits in quite well with the rest of this turn of the century dwelling.
Unfortunately, a crack in the glass uncured in the shipping process. Not
one to visit the antique marketplace, I jumped on to the internet to
check my options. What a maze! To make a long story short, your site
continuously came up as the solution to my problem. Your advertisement
mentioned a possibility of a problem fitting the glass on the lamp. A
local jeweler has been recommended if that problem arises. However, I

my Gosh.... I received my 10" ball today and it is absolutely
beautiful. Well worth the wait. The colors and design
are just beautiful and the fading color of the background is wonderful.

I received your lamp shade yesterday after much anticipation. I
wasn't really sure what to expect as I unwrapped this shade because
I have learned not to get too excited about things I buy over the
internet until after they arrive. The shade was well packaged
for the ride and when I pulled that lamp shade out of the box I was
so excited. Even without taking the wrapping off the shade I stood
it on that floor lamp and it fit perfectly! I love it! It's looks like
it belongs on that old lamp and the colors are perfect! The fringe even

minute I got home from work. It was difficult to recall how the
wire was threaded through the brass shade bracket but with a little work
I got it together perfectly. It has been 11 years since I had it
working and I can't stop looking at it. Again, thank you so much.
