Lily shades were first seen on Art Nouveau figural lamps around 1915 but their popularity was short loved until the 1980's when the style was rediscovered. Louis Comfort Tiffany was best known for using them on his lily pad themed lamps with many arms.
Lily shades made a comeback in a big way in the 1980's when a variety of novelty lamps and Tiffany reproduction lily lamps were produced.
Each of these shades have some slight differentials in color from those pictured. When ordering sets, we will try to match them to each other as closely as possible, but we cannot match them to your old shades, as dye-lots vary greatly.
